Acer Durban Collegians held their annual Old Boys year end function recently. Many of their former Natal players turned up and the camaraderie amongst the members was indeed very special.

Among the stalwarts that turned up to celebrate the 2011 season were Norman McIntyre, John ‘Narch’ Nortier, Stan Holmes, Tubby Hanneford, Rob ‘Rooster’ Hankinson, Delisle Weare, Brian ‘B.J.’ van Zyl, Gawie Visagie, Gary ‘Bones’ Joubert, Gary Rodwell, Rod ‘Tarz’ Bosch, Ernie du Plessis, Michael Barker making a welcome return to South Africa that wonderful guy they call Russian, Chairman Ian Losinsky, Ray van Noordwyk and a host of other Old Collegians players that graced the club over the years.
